Many teachers quit as a result of educating is difficult and, to compound this circumstance, many faculty and faculty district administrations observe micromanagement and a lack of support that drives lecturers away. The mission of the Philadelphia Arts in Training Partnership (PAEP) is to promote learning in and thru the humanities for students in K-12 colleges and community websites throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Arts education programs develop artistically literate residents, who have the data, skills and understanding to actively have interaction in the arts throughout their lives.
