The Arts & Enterprise Council of Chicago (A&BC)’s mission is to help strengthen non-revenue arts organizations. Not everyone’s individuals speaking to all people’s individuals, however artists and their agents talking directly to manufacturers and agencies about what they care about, what makes them cringe, what excites them, how they could use new technologies and respective resources to engage with audiences in new ways (and perhaps involve them higher within the artistic course of).
Course work covers strategic planning and thinking, a specific focus on comprehensive income growth in arts advertising and marketing and philanthropy, cultural policy, contract negotiations and labour relations, financial and management accounting, and digital entrepreneurship.
College students can study commercial or fantastic arts, take courses in business management, take part in PSAL sports activities and after faculty golf equipment and select from a collection of Advanced Placement lessons on scale with many giant and selective high faculties.
A philosophy main will allow college students to develop specific skills and attributes – such as clear considering, capacities to evaluate arguments and values, sound understanding of necessary philosophical views that have at all times been essential to university scholarship, and which proceed to be beneficial for graduates in each …
