The emphasis is upon sustained first-hand study of artefacts and buildings, via staff-led visits and group-work, introducing students to superior fieldwork expertise. It aims to explore the supplies and methods used and how they apply to how we understand, interpret and form how we stay with the past today. Students will examine a selected subject in history and heritage individually and/or in small groups by way of problem primarily based studying with an assessment geared in the path of public engagement. Past locations have included Rome, Florence, Vienna, Paris, New York City and Washington, DC.
